So this is me. My name is Owain Williams, I’m a thirty something year old runner from the South Wales Valleys. I’m not a professional runner, not even a running fanatic, just your average guy that runs a bit.
Over the last few years I’ve ran numerous races from 10k up to full marathon distance, but in August I have set myself the daunting challenge of running my first ever ultra-marathon. 100km over two days along the Wye Valley… The Wye Valley Challenge! It’s definitely going to be a challenge! I will also be fundraising for the National Autistic Society!
